职业核心能力是指适应各类职业发展需要的"通用能力",与岗位的专业能力不同,它强调的是普适性和可持续性。本文结合高职教育特点,探讨高职学生职业核心能力的培养途径。

Vocational core ability ,differing from the professional ability ,is to some extent a general common ability ,w hich fits for various kinds of career development requirements .It emphasizes on the features of pervasiveness and sustainability .T his paper researches the cul‐tivation of the vocational core ability of vocational college students according to the charac‐teristics of higher vocational education .
