我国罪犯心理健康水平的循证分析

The Mental Health Level of the Criminals in Our Country: an Evidence-Based Analysis

目的:探讨我国罪犯心理健康水平,为我国循证矫正提供有效证据。方法:通过对检索收集的31篇使用SCL-90作为测量工具的罪犯心理健康水平研究论文进行元分析。结果:1我国罪犯的心理健康水平明显低于全国常模,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑问题突出。2女性罪犯心理健康水平比全国常模较差,但是没有男性罪犯严重。3我国东、中、西部罪犯的心理健康水平低于全国常模,其中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑问题尤为明显。4敏感性分析和发表偏倚分析显示研究结论稳定性较好。

purpose： discuss the mental health level of the criminals in our country to provide valid evidence for evi- dence - based correction. Method ： Do the meta - analysis through the 31 mental health level research paper which use the SCL- 90 as measuring tool. Result：l. The criminal＇ s mental health level significantly is lower than the national norm, somatization, depression and anxiety becomes emergent. 2. Women criminals＇ mental health levels is lower than the national norm, but is not serious than male criminals. 3. The criminals＇ health level in east, mid- dle and west areas is lower than the national norm, in which somatization, depression and anxiety is particularly impact. 4. Sensitivity analysis and publication bias stability analysis showed that the research conclusion is relatively good.
