司法鉴定的良性发展是确保社会稳定的重要基础,是解决人民内部矛盾的有效途径。针对我国司法鉴定实践中存在的主要问题,应从提高司法鉴定工作质量、加强司法保障、维护社会稳定和促进社会和谐的大局出发,建立符合我国国情的司法鉴定管理体制,实现司法鉴定工作的规范化发展。

The benign development of judicial authentication is the base to ensure the stability of the society,is an effective way to solve the contradictions among the people. Through the main problems of judicial authentication in various regions,we should improve the quality of judicial authentication work,strengthen the judicial protection,maintain the social stability and promote social harmony and overall interests,establish judicial appraisal management system which accords with the situation of our country,and realize the standardization development of the judicial authentication work.
