随着网络技术不断的革新,新兴媒体技术快速的发展,以微博、微信为代表的各种微产物正逐渐渗透到人们的日常生活中。立足于"微时代"对大众生活与政府的影响,政府开通的政务微博和政务微信,却出现管理理念被动、缺乏统一规范、监督机制不健全等问题。针对这些问题,分析政府应对"微时代"失败的原因,并基于"微时代"思维,提出政府管理创新的思路。

With the continuous innovation of network technology, the rapid development of emerging media technology, micro products represented by micro blog, micro channel is gradually infiltrated into people＇ s daily lives. Based on the influence of the ＂micro era＂ to public life and government, governments opens the government micro blog and government micro channel, but the management philosophy is passive, and lack of unified standards, supervision mechanism is not perfect and other such issues. To solve these problems, the government should analyze the reasons for the failure of the government to cope with the ＂micro times＂, and based on the ＂micro time＂ thought, put forward the ideas of the government management and innovation.
