About the Manufacturing Process for a Thin-Walled Workpiece

针对我公司一种薄壁零件的尺寸精度要求较高且机械加工效率低下的难题,设计了一种扇形软卡爪、弹性胀力心轴装夹专用卡具,通过采取选择形状合适的车刀,控制车削速度、吃刀量等措施,解决了薄壁件的批量加工的问题。

in the face of a crux of a thin-walled workpiece which has a strict dimension precision and suffers poor efficiency in its machining process from our company,special tools such as shell-shaped flexible claws and an expansible spindle were designed, combined with such measures as selection of the lathe tool of appropriate shape and controls over the turning speed and feed engagement, the mass manufacturing of the thin-walled workpiece was achieved.
