“天癸”学说探讨

Investigation on Tian Gui Theory

天癸首见于《内经》,随着后期认识的不断深化,天癸学说日臻完善。通过分析有关天癸的古代文献,结合现代研究,从天癸的命名、历代医家对天癸本质的认识、天癸的生理特性和作用、天癸的病理表现以及天癸病的治疗五个方面进行探讨,以期深化完善中医天癸理论,拓展其现代研究的领域和空间,进而为提高有关妇科病临床疗效提供理论指导。

Tian gui was first seen in Neifing, its content is more and more perfect as the understanding contin- ues deepen. Combining analysis of related ancient documents and modern research, the following five aspects were investigated： the name of tian gui, the essential understandings to tiart gui of ancient physicians , the physiologi- cal nature and action of tian gui, the pathological manifestation of tian gui and the treatment of tian gui, in an at- tempt to accomplish tian gui theory of TCM, and expand its domain in modern research and then provide a theo- retical guidance for improving clinical effect of gynaecopathia.
