开心散治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察及对血清Livin的影响

Clinical Observation of Kaixin Powder on Cerebral Vascular Dementia and Its Effect on Serum Livin

目的:观察开心散治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效及对血清Livin的影响。方法:确诊的VD患者共200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,对照组给予安理申5 mg每晚临睡前口服,1个月为1个疗程。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上同时给予中药"开心散"治疗,疗程同对照组。并通过简易智能精神量表(MMSE)来观察临床疗效,通过检测血管性痴呆(VD)患者血清抗凋亡因子(Livin)进行客观评价。结果:两组患者治疗后智能状况及血清Livin值均有所改善,且治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),血清Livin值的改善也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开心散对VD患者有明显的治疗作用,对血清Livin也有正面的影响。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of kaixin powder on cerebral vascular dementia（VD） and its effect on serum Livin. Methods： 200 cases of patients who had a confirmed diagnosis of VD were randomly di-vided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets, 5 mg, per os hora somni, on this basis, the treatment group was given kaixin powder at the same time. 1 month was one course. The curative effect was evaluated by mini mental state evaluation（ MMSE）, and the serum Livin in patients was tested and compared. Results： After treatment, the mental state and serum Livin＇ s value of the two groups were all improved, the total effective rate of treatment group was 77.0%, higher than 66.0% of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvement of serum Livin＇ s value in treatment group was also superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Kaixin powder has obviously curative effect on VD patients, it also can improve the serum Livin.
