热毒宁注射液联合头孢西丁钠治疗社区获得性肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Reduning Injection with Cefoxitin Sodium on Community Acquired Pneumonia

目的:观察热毒宁注射液联合头孢西丁钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:按照随机分组法将86例社区获得性肺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各43例。对照组给予头孢西丁钠治疗,治疗组给予头孢西丁联合热毒宁治疗,疗程均为7-10 d。结果:治疗组治愈率为97.8%,对照组为81.4%;治疗组全部有效,对照组总有效率为90.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,治疗组在体温恢复正常及咳嗽好转时间上明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在白细胞恢复正常时间上两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合头孢西丁钠治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效优于头孢西丁钠治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of reduning injection with cefoxitin sodium on community acquired pneumonia. Methods： According to randomization, 86 cases of patients with community acquired pneumo- nia were divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefoxitin sodi- um, while The treatment group was treated with reduning injection with cefoxitin sodium. 7 -10 days were one course. Results： The recovery rate in treatment group was 97.8%, while the control group was 81.4% ; the pa- tients in treatment group all respond, while the total effective rate in control group was 90.7% , the difference be- tween two groups was significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. Besides, the time of body temperature＇ s return and improvement of cough in treatment was shorten than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while there were no statistically significant difference in the time of leucocyte？ s recovery between two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of reduning injection with cefoxitin sodium on community acquired pneumonia was significantly superior to cefoxitin sodium.
