应用底吹元件对熔池进行连续红外测温的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 相较于传统热电偶,红外测温有其独特的优势。但由于渣层和高温气流等的影响,在炉顶直接使用红外测温仪不能得到理想的信号。提出了一套比色红外实时测温系统,通过冶炼炉底吹元件获得熔体的光信号。考量各种底吹元件的优与劣,采用MHP型毛细管式底吹元件作为实验用底吹元件。光信号穿过底吹元件,进入光纤,从而传输至测温仪,经实时转换、分析、补偿,可以在电脑端得到实时的温度数据,并被储存。本系统可以作为冶金过程温度趋势预报系统。 Compared to conventional thermocouple, infrared temperature measurement has the unique advantages. However, using an infrared temperature measurement at the furnace top could not obtain the desired optical signal because of the disturbance from slag layer, high temperature gases and other effects. A real time colorimetric infrared thermometry system was presented to get optical signal emitted from molten metal through bottom blowing nozzle. Taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of bottom blowing devices, a MHP bottom blowing device was used, through which the optical signal was transferred to the infrared thermometer by optical fiber. After conversion and analysis in a real time way, the result could be displayed and recorded in computer. After calibration, it could be a good predictor of temperature trend in a metallurgical process.
