阐述了某船主机齿轮箱出现滑油温度高故障的原因及排除方法,尤其是查找出冷却器原始设计冷却面积不足的隐性故障,为此型齿轮箱修理人员及船舶建造设计人员在日常工作中提供参考。
This paper expounds failure causes and elimination methods for high tempera- ture of lubrication oil which presented in gearbox main engine of some vessel, especially the author find out the hidden failures of insufficient cooling area on the coolerrs original desig- ning. That is very valuable for the persons participating in the repairing gearboxes of this type as well as the designers of shipbuilding.
