十三种中药水煎液体外抗鸡新城疫病毒的研究

Study of thirteen traditional Chinese medicines anti-newcastle disease virus in vitro

鸡新城疫病毒(Newcastle Disease Virus,NDV)是危害家禽生产的重要病毒之一.试验选取黄芪、紫胡、金银花、野菊花、黄芩、藿香、芦根、细辛、栀子、甘草、马鞭草、鱼腥草、大青叶13种中药的提取液在传代细胞系鸡胚成纤维细胞(DF-1)上进行抗NDV试验,通过细胞病变效应(CPE)和噻唑蓝活细胞染色法(MTT),检测13种中药提取液分别对正常DF-1的细胞毒性以及NDV感染DF-1细胞的预防、治疗和直接灭活作用.结果表明:黄芪、野菊花、马鞭草和细辛提取液对NDV有显著地直接灭活作用;黄芪、金银花、野菊花和细辛提取液有显著的阻断NDV吸附作用;黄芪、金银花、野菊花和马鞭草提取液具有显著抑制NDV生物合成作用;综合以上结果说明黄芪、金银花、野菊花、马鞭草和细辛提取液的抗NDV作用较好.为抗NDV中药研究和临床用药提供了相关的试验数据.

To study the inhibiting effects of traditional Chinese medicines （TCM） against the Newcastle Disease Virus （NDV） in DF-1 cell lines, the study using tissue cell culture method and MTT assay to in- vestigate thirteen TCM on the cytotoxicity, antiviral effects by different subtype of prophylaxis, therapy and direct action. The result showed that water extract from MongOlian Milkvetch Root, Wild Dendranthe- ma Flower,European Verbena Herb, Manchurian Wild ginger Herb killed virus. The water extract of Mon- golian Milkvetch Root,Japanese Honeysuckle Flower Bud, Wild Den-dranthema Flower, Manchurian Wild ginger Herb were preventive virus adsorbing cell. The water extract of Mongolian Milkvetch Root,Japa- nese Honeysuckle Flower Bud, Wild Dendranthema Flower, European Verbena Herb inhibited biosynthesis of virus. The study suggests that the Mongolian Milkvetch Root, Japanese Honeysuckle Flower Bud, Wild Dendranthema Flower, European Verbena Herb, Manch-urian Wild ginger Herb have the effect of anti- NDV in vitro.
