摘要
为了探究中药复方对雏鸡免疫功能及免疫器官发育的影响.试验以黄芪、白术、防风、黄芩和五倍子等单味中药组成3种中药复方制剂,将120只1日龄健康雏鸡分为4组(Ⅰ组,"扶正止泄散",未加玉屏风散基础复方组;Ⅱ组,"扶正止泄散"复方组;Ⅲ组,"芪术扶正汤"复方组;Ⅳ组,对照,不加喂药),分别于42、52和62日龄对试验组和对照组鸡进行检测,测定T淋巴细胞、鸡γ-干扰素、抗体效价和免疫器官指数等免疫指标,同时制作组织切片、HE染色,观察其对雏鸡内脏器官发育的影响.结果表明:试验组T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率、抗体效价和γ-IFN水平显著升高(P<0.01),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组优于Ⅲ组;免疫器官指数和血细胞数量显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),Ⅱ组优于Ⅰ组;镜下观察组织切片,各器官结构良好无明显病变.3种中药复方对雏鸡免疫功能具有正向促进作用,增强机体细胞及体液免疫功能,其中Ⅱ组具有明显优势.
This experiment was carried out to explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicines on the immune function and immune organ development of chicken. Three Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations were made by using Astragalus membranaceus , Atractylodes macrocephala , Saposhnikovia divaricata,Scutellaria baicalensis and gallnut. Meanwhile, 120 one-day-old chicks were divided into 4 groups,and detected at the ages of 42,52 and 62 days. The detected immune parameters were T lympho- cytes, chicken y- interferon, antibody titers and immune organ indexes, and the tissue sections and HE stai- ning were also done. The results showed that the T lymphocytes ANAE positive rate, antibody titers and Y- IFN levels of the experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.01), and those of groups I and Ⅱ were higher than those of group Ⅲ. The immune organ indexes and the blood cells number of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0. 01 or P〈0.05),and those of group Ⅱ were higher than those of group I . The observation results of tissue sections showed that each organ structure without obvious lesions. The experiment indicated that three Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations had positive effects on immune function of chicken, and could im- prove the immune function of body's cell and humor, and the effects of group Ⅱ was the most obviously.
