系统性红斑狼疮患者三氧基本自体血疗法的护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察医用三氧基本自体血疗法在治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2006年1月至2008年1月住院79例SLE患者,分为常规治疗对照组25例,三氧治疗组54例,进行对照观察,同时采取加强心理干预、介绍此疗法的治疗原理,运用无痛穿刺法、严格无菌操作、合理选择静脉、严格控制三氧的浓度和量,以取得良好的治疗效果。结果对照组与三氧治疗组比较,三氧治疗组明显缩短住院天数(17±7)d,从而节约住院费用,减轻患者生活负担;睡眠明显改善,精神饱满,面色变红润,深暗的红斑逐渐变淡;有效的心理疏导使患者树立战胜病魔的信心,明显提高了患者的满意率。结论医用三氧应用于临床治疗SLE可以明显缩短红斑消退时间、发挥了极好的抗感染作用、缩短了治疗时间。有效的心理疏导,严格的无菌操作使三氧基本自体血疗法在疾病中发挥更好的作用,提高患者的生存质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of medical ozone major autohaemotherapy (MAH) for treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Seventy-nine SLE patients hospitalized in our hospital between January 2006 and January 2008 were included in the study, and were divided into the conventional treatment group (n=25) and the ozone group (n=54) for comparison. At the same time, psychological intervention was strengthened, and the treatment mechanism was introduced to patients. Using painless puncture, performing aseptic operation strictly, selecting veins rationally, and controlling the concentration and quantity of ozone strictly achieved good treatment effects. Results The hospital stay was shortened in the ozone group [(17 ±7) d] compared with that in the control group, which saved hospitalization cost and decreased living burden for patients. Significantly improved sleep quality, full of energy, ruddy faces and gradually faded erythema were found in patients of the ozone group. Ef-fective psychological counseling developed the confidence for patients to overcome the disease, which significantly in-creased the satisfaction of the patients. Conclusion Using medical ozone for clinical treatment of SLE can signifi-cantly shorten the fading time of erythema, which has good effect of anti-infection and can shorten treatment time. Ef-fective psychological counseling and aseptic operation favor better effect of medical ozone MAH on SLE, and improve the quality of life of SLE patients.
