人脂联素球状结合域蛋白对3T3-L1脂肪细胞葡萄糖摄取能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 脂联素是由脂肪组织分泌的一种内源性生物活性多肽,其在抗动脉粥样硬化、调节糖脂代谢、增加胰岛素的敏感性等方面有重要的作用,并与糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病的发生有密切的关系.目前研究表明,脂联素参与调节糖代谢和胰岛素敏感性的作用可能与其增强骨骼肌和肝脏的脂肪酸氧化,促进骨骼肌对葡萄糖的摄取,抑制肝糖输出和糖异生有关 [1],但是,葡萄糖进入脂肪细胞后的代谢去路尚未清楚.gAd是脂联素的活性成分,研究证实其具有脂联素相似的生物活性,在降糖方面较全长脂联素作用更强[2].本研究用不同浓度的人脂联素球状结合域 (gAd)蛋白分别作用于3T3-L1脂肪细胞和已产生IR的3T3-L1脂肪细胞,从细胞水平观察gAd蛋白对其葡萄糖摄取能力的影响.
