磁共振成像在胎儿颅脑疾病中的临床诊断价值 被引量：6

摘要 胎儿颅脑的发育和成熟是一个复杂的过程,在胎儿时期该系统发育尤为迅速.胎儿颅脑的产前检查,尤其是影像学检查非常重要.超声成像（ultrasonography）以其操作方便、费用低廉、实时、准确而且安全等优点成为胎儿产前影像诊断的首选方法.磁共振快速成像是继超声检查之后另一极具诊断价值的影像学技术,日益成为产前诊断的重要辅助检查手段,特别是诊断胎脑发育异常的重要检查方法.
