摘要
随着眼科疾病谱的改变,慢性眼病的治疗需求日益突出,长期维持用药和预防性用药是主要难点。多肽作为蛋白质片段,可以模拟蛋白质与体内生物分子相互作用从而发挥治疗作用。除此之外,有些多肽也具有穿透眼部屏障的特点。本文总结了眼用治疗肽和眼屏障穿透肽的研发现状,提出"治疗肽-眼屏障穿透肽"相结合的药物形式。这种新型药物高效、安全,可实现无创给药并且生产成本低,为慢性眼病的治疗提供了新的解决思路。
As the spectrum of ocular disease changes, there is increasing demand to treat chronic eye disease, for which the long-term maintenance medication and prophylactic medication are the main obstacles. Peptides, considered as protein fragments, can mimic protein to interact with biomolecules and thus treat diseases. What' s more, some peptides are characterized by the capability to penetrate ocular barriers. The article provided an update review of the ophthalmic therapeutic peptides and ocular barrier-penetrating peptides, and proposed a new conception of ophthalmic drugs-the combination of therapeutic peptide and ocular barrier-penetrating peptide. Characterized by considerable effectiveness and safety, as well as non-invasive drug delivery and low production cost, it is a promising formula for the treatment of chronic eye disease.
