摘要 为了筛选出适宜采用离体培养方法鉴定越橘花粉活力的培养基,以高丛越橘蓝丰、伯克利为试材,研究了不同培养基组分及p H值对花粉萌发影响。结果表明:培养基内蔗糖、硼酸、氯化钙在一定低质量分数范围内,对花粉萌发起到促进作用,但超过一定质量分数时起到抑制作用;适宜培养基组分为:蔗糖10%、硼酸0.005%~0.01%、氯化钙0.02%,调节培养基溶液p H值4.5~5.5之间。 In order to screen out the suitable medium for identifying pollen viability of blueberry using the method of in vitro culture, taking Blue crops and Berkley in high-bush blueberry as materials, the effects of medium components and pH value on pollen germination in high-bush blueberry were studied. The results showed that pollen germination was promoted by sucrose, boracic acid and calcium chloride at lower mass fraction concentrations, and it was inhibited when mass fractions of the components were over some values. The optimal medium components were 10%sucrose, 0.005%-0.010%boracic acid, 0.02%calcium chloride, and pH value from 4.5 to 5.5.
