南昌市复杂地区深基坑锚杆支护探讨

摘要 随着社会经济的发展我国城市的建筑高度、基坑开挖的深度不断的被刷新,深基坑支护设计、施工问题也随之日益突出。锚杆支护是在深基坑施工中采用的一种加固支护方式,具有成本低、支护效果好、操作简便、使用灵活、占用施工净空少等优点。本文结合江西省南昌市的中节能(江西)总部基地基坑支护工程,对复杂条件下锚杆支护所遇到的问题进行分析、优化设计。该项目东侧与已有的保利香槟国际楼盘(多层建筑)相临,施工的锚杆将深入到相临楼盘的基础。针对这种相对复杂的施工条件,本文提出了解决方案,即局部不能正常成孔的锚杆调为四道短锚杆,另在相邻两道锚杆间设计三道花管压密注浆,改进后的方案取得了良好的效果,可为今后类似基坑设计施工提供借鉴。 With the development of the economy and society, the records of building height and foundation depth have been refreshed constantly in China. Design and construction problems of deep foundation pit are increasingly outstanding. Blot supporting system is a strengthening technology using in deep foundation pit support, which has the characteristics of low cost, simple operation, and good effect and so on. Based on the CECEP (Jiangxi) headquarters base in foundation supporting project, the complicated problems of rock bolting analysis, optimization design, put forward the solution. This project is near to poly champagne international storied building in east part. Blot will deep to basis of the building. Based on this relative complex construction condition, this paper will represent the solutions. That is, the local cannot be normal into the hole of the anchor to four short anchors, and the other in the adjacent two anchor rod design between three pipe pressure grouting. Proposed method achieved good effect, the experience of which may be a reference for similar works.
