Toll样受体4介导的肺炎症介质表达在肺癌患者病情变化中的观察

摘要 目的探讨Toll样受体4(TLR4)介导的肺炎症介质表达在肺癌患者中的变化规律,为临床提供指导。方法选取2012年1月至12月我院收治的50例肺癌患者,均行手术治疗,其中小细胞肺癌5例,非小细胞肺癌45例,并选取50名同期来院体检的健康人作为对照组,分别检测手术前后TLR4蛋白的表达水平及相关炎症介质白细胞介素(IL)-1,IL-8,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平,并进行统计学分析。结果肺癌患者血清IL-1,IL-8,TNF-α水平明显高于对照组,且术后水平明显降低;TLR4在肺癌组织中也呈高表达,术后有所降低,但其水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TLR4受体可介导肺癌中炎症介质的表达,炎症与肺癌及治疗措施有密切的联系,可预测临床转归。 Objective To investigate changes of the inflammatory mediator mediated by TLR4 receptor in patients with lung cancer ,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods Fifty cases of patients with lung cancer from January 2012 to October 2012 in our hospital were treated by operation ,of which there were 19 cases of small cell lung cancer and 31 cases of non small cell lung cancer .Another 50 cases of normal people ,who came to the hospital for physical examination ,were selected as control group .We detected the expression level of TLR4 protein and related inflammatory mediators IL‐1 ,IL‐8 and TNF‐α levels before and after operation .All the data were statistically analyzed.Results Serum levels of IL‐1 ,IL‐8 and TNF‐αin patients with lung cancer were signif‐icantly higher than those in the control group ,and the postoperative levels decreased significantly ;The high ex‐pression of TLR4 was also found in the tissues of lung cancer ,and the expression decreased after surgery ,but the levels were higher than those in the control group ( P〈0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of inflammatory media‐tors of lung cancer was mediated by TLR4 receptor .There is a close connection between treatment of inflammation and lung cancer ,which can predict clinical outcome.
