治疗多寐方剂组方规律分析

Analysis on Somnolence Prescription Composition Principles

目的:分析《中医方剂大辞典》中收载的所有治疗多寐方剂的组方规律。方法:收集并筛选《中医方剂大辞典》中主治多寐的方剂,使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件进行逐一录入并进行数据处理,对筛选出治疗多寐的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的102首治疗多寐的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次、10味常用药物和4味核心药物。结论:治疗多寐治疗多寐应以健脾益气、温阳化痰、醒神开窍为主要治法,酌情配伍具有理气、消食、清热等功效药物。以达到标本同治的目的。四君子汤可作为治疗本病的基本方,随证加减。

Objective Analyze the composing principles of Somnolence prescriptions in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription.Methods Prescriptions on treating Somnolence in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine Prescription were collected and input into the TCM Inheritance System（V2.0）,Data Mining Method in the software were used to analyze.Results Based on 102 cases of prescriptions,the frequency number of each Chinese herb were computed,10 common used herbs and 4 corn herbs were summarized.Conclusion strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,Warming Yang and resolving phlegm,consciousness-restoring resuscitation should be the primary treatment strategy,regulating Qi,promo-ting digestion,clearing heat could be cooperated appropriately.Shi junzhitiang was the basic prescription and should be revised with symptoms.
