摘要
为了探讨生活技能教育对打工子弟学校小学生的学校适应是否有促进作用,本研究选取北京市一所打工子弟小学三、四年级共128人作为研究对象,其中三、四年级各一个班为实验组;各另一班为对照组,进行生活技能教育实验研究。实验结果表明:生活技能教育能够显著提升打工子弟学校小学生的学校适应,并表现在同辈交往能力及行为控制能力的显著提升;自表能力及任务取向方面的正向影响,由此看来,生活技能教育对打工子弟小学生学校适应的促进有效。鉴于此,应提倡打工子弟学校开展生活技能教育。
This study aims to explore whether life skill training can improve the adaptation of students in schools for children of migrant workers, by testing 128 students in Grade 3 and Grade 4 from a school for children of migrant workers in Beijing. The results show the following: The life skill training can significantly improve the students' adaptation at school, especially their ability to communicate with peers, control their behaviors, express themselves, and fulfill designated tasks. The study concludes that life skill training can effectively improve primary school students' adaptation at school, and should be implemented in schools for children of migrant workers.
