腱鞘纤维瘤的影像学表现

Imaging Findings of Fibroma of Tendon Sheath

目的分析腱鞘纤维瘤(FTS)的X线、CT及MRI表现特征,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾分析3例经手术病理证实的FTS患者临床和影像学资料,并结合文献讨论。结果 3例中,1例发生于膝关节,1例发生于手指,1例发生于腕部。CT表现为腱鞘周围软组织内稍高密度结节灶,边界清晰。2例患者MRI表现呈不均匀长T1、稍长T2信号,1例表现为长T1、短T2信号;病灶边缘可见包膜,1例病变内部可见分隔。结论 FTS的CT、MRI表现具有一定特征性,但影像诊断仍存在一定困难,最终确诊依赖于病理。

Objective To discuss the X ray,CT and MRI features of fibroma of tendon sheath（ FTS） in order to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods CT and MRI findings in three cases with pathologically confirmed FTS were retrospectively analyzed. The relevant literatures were reviewed. Results Of the three cases,one was found in the knee joint,another in the finger and the other in the wrist. The CT images showed soft tissue nodule around the tendon sheath with clear margins. The MRI images of one case showed low signal on T1 WI and low signal on T2 WI and the others showed heterogeneously low signal on T1 WI and high signal on T2 WI. Complete signals of the capsules were displayed around the lesion and one case had low signal septal inside. Conclusion CT and MRI manifestations of FTS are characteristic,however,definite diagnosis depends on pathology.
