"建筑垃圾处理"是一个世界性难题,目前我国建筑垃圾填埋或焚烧的常规处理方式,已给环境造成巨大压力。依据国内外建筑垃圾处理相关经验,建筑垃圾实现绿色价值才能解决根本问题。要实现建筑垃圾的绿色价值,关键是将原有的"末端控制"转变为"全过程管理",即实现源头减量、资源化再生、末端无害处理,推进公众参与,形成建筑垃圾综合治理的长效管理。

While ＇handling construction waste＇ is worldwide problem, our country deals with construction waste by landfill or incineration, which causes great pressure to environment. Based on foreign and domestic related experiences of handling construction waste, turning handling construction waste into green is the only solution to fundamental problems. To recycle construction waste green value, the key is to change original ＇terminal side control＇ into ＇whole process management＇ , which means source reduction, resource recycling, terminal side harmless treatment, public-participation promotion to realize construction waste comprehensive treatment long-term management.
