血管内皮钙黏蛋白在自身免疫性疾病中的作用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 VE-cadherin是内皮细胞特异性钙黏蛋白,主要分布在细胞间连接部位的细胞膜上,其表达依赖于血管内皮细胞的完整性;反过来,其正常表达与功能为维持血管内皮的完成性所必需。简言之,VE-cadherin在正常血管发生、形成、保持血管内皮完整性、细胞内的信号转导的各个过程中均起着重要作用。现有的研究提示,除血管内皮外, VE-cadherin还在某些肿瘤细胞中发挥作用。近年来发现,在自身免疫性疾病中,往往伴随着抗 VE-cadherin 自身抗体的出现,这预示着VE-cadherin可能在免疫功能紊乱的疾病中同样发挥重要作用。以下对VE-cadherin的生物学特性及其与自身免疫性疾病的一些相关研究进展做一综述。
