摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis,AS）是一种病因不明的慢性炎性疾病。早期主要累及骶髂关节,逐步累及中轴骨骼（脊柱）,亦可累及外周关节[1、2]。AS的自然史是指在整个发展过程中,不受任何临床干预,包括各种非手术治疗和手术治疗情况下的自然发展过程。但大多数AS患者在炎性疼痛时已接受各种治疗,很少有患者病程中未得到任何干预。因此,
