摘要
瞬时性故障与永久性故障的快速准确识别是输电线路单相自适应重合闸实现的关键。首先分析了输电线路瞬时性故障与永久性故障下故障相端电压信号的频域特性,探讨了HHT边际谱熵对信号频域复杂度的刻画能力及对电力信号分析的适用性。在此基础上,将HHT边际谱熵应用于超高压输电线路故障相电压信号分析,提出了基于HHT边际谱熵的输电线路故障性质判别方法,为超高压输电线路单相自适应重合闸提供了一种有效实现途径。ATP-EMTP仿真结果表明,所提方法故障性质识别准确性高,识别速度优于其他基于HHT与熵结合的方法。
It is critical for adaptive reclosure to fast and exactly distinguish between transient fault and permanent fault in transmission line. This paper analyzes the frequency characteristics of fault phase voltage signal with transient fault and permanent fault in transmission line, and discusses the capability and suitability of HHT marginal spectrum entropy for describing the signal frequency domain characterization of complex electric signal. Furthermore, the difference of HHT marginal spectrum entropy of the voltage signal under transient fault and permanent fault is discussed, and the method to high-speed distinguish between transient fault and permanent fault is proposed. The identification criterion and the procedure are then given. The ATP-EMTP simulation results showed that the method is more feasible and effee tive than other method based on the synthesis of HHT and entropy.
