摘要
试验以尖绿油青菜心为材料,配施猪粪、尿素和复合肥,测定菜心不同生长期各项生理及部分形态指标。结果表明,以有机肥猪粪为基肥时,硝酸盐积累在整个生长过程中含量均较低,且其维持的水平较稳定。以尿素为基肥时硝酸盐含量上升速率较大,且后期积累较多。施用猪粪时,菜心产量及其可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖等达到较高水平。
Pig manure, urea, compound fertilizers were applied on Flowering Chinese Cabbage in this experiment. Various physiologieal index and part of morphological was determined. Physiological index inelude contents of the nitrate, protein, total soluble sugar, vitamin C and chlorophyll. The result indicates the accumulation of nitrate in Cabbage applied with pig manure is lower than that applied with urea or compound fertilizer. And the nitrate accumulated more in the late period. In terms of production, protein, total soluble sugar and other nutritional quality, the application of Pig manure can achieve a higher level.
