摘要
战后日本通过宪法、教育基本法以及关于教育经费、教育教学条件、教师等等方面的法制保障,实现了义务教育的均衡发展。20世纪90年代以后,尽管受到了新自由主义教育改革的冲击,但保持义务教育均衡发展的基本法制并没有改变。
In the post-war time, through various legal protections such as the constitution, the basic law of education as well as the education funding, education teaching conditions and teachers etc., Japan has realized the balanced development of compulsory education. Since 1990s, in spite of the impact of the new liberal education reform, Japan maintains the basic legal system of balanced development of compulsory education.
