摘要
在美国密歇根州立大学小学全科教师教育计划中,实习指导教师在促进实习生社会化、支持实习生专业化、帮助实习生建构自己的教学风格和促进学习型教师文化形成等方面发挥着新的功能。要实现这些功能,要求实习指导教师在教学业绩、思维和学习以及个人品质等方面达到标准,遵循有效实习指导基本原则,开发核心指导实践,并利用专业发展机会开发和提升指导能力。
In the internship of elementary education all-subjects-teaching teacher preparation of Michigan State University, mentors have the new functions of supporting interns socialized, scaffolding the interns professionalized, helping interns develop own teaching styles and promoting learning culture of teachers. For coming true these functions, mentors must not only be qualified to meet the standards in teaching achievements, thinking and learning, personal abilities, but also develop core mentoring practice under principles and improve professional qualities through reflection.
