摘要
提出了一种利用热电热泵制热且可回收余热的浴室用热电热泵暖风机,在热力学基础上,建立了热电热泵暖风机的数学模型,并对暖风机在不同室内温度下的制热性能进行了模拟,分析了工作电压和冷热端热管散热器热阻对暖风机制热性能的影响.模拟结果表明:该暖风机的最佳工作电压为5V;冷热端散热器热阻越小,暖风机制热性能越好;通过回收浴室排风余热,有效减小了热电芯片的冷热端温差,提高了暖风机制热性能;暖风机制热系数最高可达2.9,相比电热转换效率为0.9的传统浴室用电热取暖器,节能效果明显.
A novel thermoelectric heat pump air heater using thermoelectric heat pump for heating was formula-ted,and a simulation model of the device based on thermodynamics was set up to simulate the performance of the air heater.The influence of the operating voltage and the cold and hot side resistance on the heater was analyzed.The simulation results have shown that the optimum operation voltage is 5.0V.The reduction of cold and hot side resist-ance can improve the performance of the heater.Exhaust heat recovery helps to decrease the temperature difference between the cold side and the heat side,which can improve the systematic performance.The coefficient of performance can reach as high as 2.9.The device is more energy-efficient compared with traditional electric heater,whose coeffi-cient of performance is only about 0.9.
