摘要
热风炉高风温技术是现代高炉冶炼的重要技术之一,也是降低高炉燃料比的重要手段。文章分析了当前国内高炉风温情况,指出了高风温对于降低焦比,提高喷煤,促进高炉高效化生产的重要意义,并总结了热风炉高风温实现的具体措施和发展方向。
High air temperature is one of the important technologies of modern blast furnace , as well as an important means of reducing furnace fuel ratio .The current situation of domestic furnace air tem-perature was analyzed .High air temperature indicated for reducing the coke rate , improve PCI, pro-mote efficient furnace production was important , and summarized the specific measures and the devel-opment direction of stove high air temperature to achieve .
