论专业教研室在人才培养过程管理中的作用——以西南石油大学海洋油气工程专业为例

On the Role of Professional Teaching and Research Office in the Process Management of Talent Cultivation: A Case Study on Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering Major of Southwest Petroleum University

教研室与学工办(辅导员)是高校中直接承担学生培养任务的两个最基层组织,二者职责不同,分属不同的管理系列,相对独立运行,由于彼此间缺乏常态化的联动机制,造成了教研室基本不参与学生培养的过程管理,低年级学生鲜有机会接触专业领域内的教授,容易降低学生对专业的认同感、荣誉感,进而影响学习动力。大学生的培养是一个系统工程,本文无意将学风问题归咎于辅导员队伍的履职不力,但良好的学风养成需要专业教师的参与,不能把课堂以外的学生工作都推给辅导员,教研室除起草培养方案、做好专业授课的基本职责外,还应在学生培养的过程管理中充分发挥专业引领和不可替代的影响力、号召力作用。本文探索了教研室参与学生过程管理的方式。

Teaching and research office and students work office （counselors） are two organizations at the grassroots level that are directly responsible for students in colleges and universities. They have different duties, different management series, and in-dependent operation system. Because of the lack of a normalized linkage mechanism, the teaching and research office does not participate in the process management of student cultivation, and students of lower grades have few chances to contact with the professors of their majors. As a consequence, students＇ profes-sional identity, sense of honor, and learning motivation are re-duced. The cultivation of university students is a systematical en-gineering. In this paper, the style of study is not only the respon-sibility of the counselors, but also the professors. Besides the lessons, professors cannot push all the student work to coun-selors. In addition to drafting a training scheme and doing a good job in professional teaching, the teaching and research office should also fully play its influence and rallying point in the pro-cess of student management. This paper explored the manage-ment of the teaching and research office in the process of talent training.
