体育运动作为思想政治工作资源的研究

Research on the Objectivity, Manifestation, Development and Utilization of Sports as a Resource of Ideological and Political Work

充分利用体育运动作为一种思想政治工作资源来开展思想政治工作是提升思想政治工作有效性的一个重要途径。鉴于此,本文就针对体育运动作为思想政治工作资源的客观性、表现以及开发利用等相关问题进行了简要的探索与研究。文章首先从三个方面入手,分析了体育运动作为思想政治工作资源的客观性,然后又在此基础之上,从物质性资源、精神性资源、制度性资源三个层面探讨了体育运动作为思想政治工作资源的具体表现,并进一步提出了体育运动作为思想政治资源开发与利用过程中应注意的问题,希望为发挥体育运动作为思想政治工作资源的作用与优势提供一定的参考与借鉴。

To make full use of sports as a resource of ideological and political work to carry out ideological and political work is an important way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and po-litical work. In view of this, this paper makes a brief exploration and study on the objectivity, manifestation, development and uti-lization of sports as a resource of ideological and political work. This paper first analyzes the objectivity of sports as a resource of ideological and political work from three aspects, then based on it, explores the specific manifestation of sports as a resource of ideological and political work from such three levels as material resource, spirit resource and system resource, and further puts forward the problems needing attention in the development and utilization of sports as a resource of ideological and political work, hoping to provide a reference for giving play to the role and ad-vantage of sports as a resource of ideological and political work.
