高校规模的不断扩大使得大班教学日渐成为了高校课堂教学的主导方式,但是大班教学在人才培养上有许多不足之处,在满足学生个性化发展,发掘学生潜力,培养学生思考能力等方面,小班教学展现出了很强的优越性。采用合适的小班教学模式对于高校的人才培养起到关键作用。

The continuously expanding scale of colleges and uni-versities makes large-class teaching gradually a dominant style for classroom teaching in colleges and universities, but it has many shortcomings in talent cultivation, while small-class teach-ing has strong advantages in meeting students＇ individualized de-velopment, developing students＇ potentials and cultivating stu-dents＇ thinking ability.
