摘要 高职学前教育专业人才培养应从目标定位、专业课程设置及教育教学三个方面进行。将培养目标定位于具有良好师德、先进的教育教学理念与专业知识、能力,能够观察儿童、研究儿童,科学地组织幼儿一日活动的教师;专业核心课程的设置应避免重复,专业技能课大二分方向,加大实践课程比重;教育教学方面应注重专业情意、专业实践能力的培养,转变教学方式,实行"学、教、做合一"的模式。 The talent cultivation in higher vocational preschool e-ducation major should be implemented from such three aspects as objective orientation, professional course setting, education and teaching. The training objective should be oriented in train-ing teachers with good morality, advanced education and teaching ideas, professional knowledge and abilities, the ability to observe and research children, as well as the ability to scientifically orga-nize children's one-day activities. The setting of professional core courses should not be repeated and professional skills courses should be divided into different directions at the second year, and practical courses should be increased. On education and teach-ing, we should pay attention to the cultivation of professional e-motions and professional practical abilities, transform teaching styles, and carry out the "learning-teaching-doing integrated"model.
