On Loving Students as the Responsibility of Every Teacher

本文结合作者亲身教学经历,阐述了关爱学生在初中教学中的重要性,并分别从尊重学生言行、宽容学生性格、欣赏学生能力、倾听学生声音等几方面探讨了关爱学生的具体措施及教学效果。

The importance of loving students in junior school teaching was elaborated in present paper, combining with the teaching experience of the author. The specific measures and teaching efficiency were discussed with the following several as-pects, such as respecting students＇ actions, tolerating students＇ personality, appreciating students＇ ability, and listening to stu-dents＇ voice.
