摘要 随着国家高等教育大众化政策的实施,特殊群体大学生的数量呈逐年上升趋势,给高校思想政治教育工作带来了许多新情况、新问题和新挑战。本文从党员教师这一角度出发,通过"品德教育、心理疏导、学习帮助和就业指导"四轮驱动方式落实对于特殊群体大学生的帮扶教育工作,通过"一对一"的帮扶,指导和帮助特殊群体大学生解决思想和行为方面的问题,真正实现"全员育人、全方位育人"的理念。 With the implementation of the national policy of high-er education popularization, the number of special groups of col-lege students is increasing year by year, having brought new situ-ations, problems and challenges to college ideological and politi-cal education. Starting from the angle of teacher Party members, this paper implements the supporting and education of special groups of college students with the four-step driving method, in-cluding"moral education, psychological counseling, learning as-sistance and employment guidance", and through "one-to-one"supporting, guides and helps special groups of college students to solve ideological and behavioral problems, thus truly realizing the concept of "whole-staff education and comprehensive educa-tion".
