郑州市新型城镇化的产业发展现状调查与思考

Investigation and Pondering on the Current Situation of Industrial Development in the New Urbanization in Zhengzhou City

产业是郑州市新型城镇化的基础。目前,郑州市产业发展普遍存在着规划与实践相脱离、产业发展的主体作用匮乏以及同质恶性竞争较为激烈等突出问题。为此,必须以规划为龙头、充分发挥广大失地农民的主体作用,强化区域统筹协调,为全市新型城镇化建设提供坚实支撑。

The industry is the basis of new urbanization in Zhengzhou City. At present, there are generally some outstanding problems in the industrial development of Zhengzhou City, such as the separation between planning and practice, the lack of the main role of industrial development, and the relatively severe ho-mogeneous malignant competitions. To solve the problems, we must give full play to the main role of the broad masses of land-less farmers with planning as the guidance, and strengthen re-gional coordination, so as to provide solid support for the new ur-banization construction.
