Reform and Innovation of Postgraduate Education

为培养具有创新能力、科研能力及实践能力的应用型、复合型、高层次研究生人才,促进研究生教育的发展以及研究生整体素质的提高,应不断创新及改革人才培养模式,研究生教育应从以培养学术型人才为主逐渐向以培养应用型人才为主转变。通过分析我国研究生教育存在的定位不清及研究生培养质量不高等问题,探索新型的研究生培养模式及改革机制。提出了协同创新作为一种全新的研究生培养模式,为地方高校研究生培养模式改革提供了重要的途径以及外部环境。

In order to cultivate the innovative ability, scientific re-search ability and practical ability of applied, interdisciplinary and high-level graduate students, promote the development of postgraduate education and improve the overall quality of gradu-ate students, we should continue to innovate and reform the per-sonnel training mode, and postgraduate education should be changed from the cultivation of academic talents to the cultivation of applied talents. Through the analysis of the existing problems in the research of the students＇ education in our country and the problems of the students＇ cultivation quality, we explore the new mode and reform mechanism of the graduate student training. As a new graduate student training mode, the collaborative innova-tion provides an important way and the external environment for the reform of the postgraduate training mode in local colleges and universities.
