摘要 课堂教学是高校人才培养的主要方式,高效的课堂教学可有效提高学生对知识的掌握及应用能力。本文在对自组织理论介绍与分析的基础上,对大学课堂教学进行自组织特性分析,指出了面向新时期大学生的教学工作需由传统的以教师为主体到教师引导、与学生协商对话的教学模式的变化。这种变化将极大地提高课堂的教学效果,尤其是对新时期的大学生。另外,教学大纲以及教学内容等都应该不断创新,教师个人的专业知识也需要不断提高以适应当今社会。本文将为大学课堂教学研究提供新的视角和有益启示。 Classroom teaching is the major way to cultivate talents in universities. Highly efficient classroom teaching can help stu-dents to hold and use the knowledge. Based on the analysis of the self-organization theory and the characteristics of the classroom teaching of universities, the teaching mode is changed from teacher dominance to teacher guidance and consultation with students. This change can greatly improve the effect of the class-room teaching, especially for the new college students. In addi-tion, the teaching program, content and the professional ability of the teacher should be improved in order to adapt to the need of the society. This paper will provide a fresh perspective and bene-ficial revelation to the classroom teaching of universities.
