高校学生评教运行机制探析

Analysis on the Operation Mechanism of College Students' Teaching Evaluation

为提升教学质量,促进教学发展,我校大力开展了学生评教活动。此项措施的确富有实际意义,但同时也存在着一些不足。本文主要根据笔者多年从事教学管理的经验,并结合我院的实际,分析了学生评教的意义和优势,指出学生评教的现状以及反映出的问题,针对问题进行剖析,提出了相应的建议和对策,以使学生评教工作顺利有序的开展。

To improve teaching quality and promote teaching de-velopment, our college has vigorously launched students＇ teaching evaluation. The measure is full of realistic meaning, but there are also some shortcomings. In accordance with the writer＇s experi-ence of teaching management for many years, and combined with the actual situation of our college, this paper analyzes the signifi-cance and advantages of students＇ teaching evaluation, points out the current situation and problems of students＇ teaching evalua-tion, analyzes the problems, and proposes corresponding sugges-tions and countermeasures, in order to promote the successful and orderly implementation of students＇ teaching evaluation.
