学前教育专业学生教育实习存在的问题及对策——以陕西某高校为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Preschool Education Majors' Education Practice: Taking a University in Shaanxi Province as an Example

本文主要讨论陕西某高校学前教育专业实习生教育实习过程中存在的问题,主要表现有:实习生没有做好充分的心理准备;幼儿园指导老师对实习生教育实习缺乏有效指导;教育实习时间较短;教育实习基地建设分布不均,满足不了实习需求;教育实习评价标准单一,实习感受难以得到升华。并据此提出相应的解决策略。

This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the education practice of preschool education majors from a uni-versity of Shaanxi Province, such as the students have not made full mental preparation, instructors in kindergartens have not car-ried out effective guidance, the period for the practice is short, the distribution of education practice bases is uneven, failing to meet the requirements of practice, the evaluation standard for educa-tion practice is single and students can hardly be improved. And it proposes corresponding solutions and strategies accordingly.
