田径中长跑训练方法的研究

摘要 纵观中长跑发展的百年史,其训练方法也在不断地更新变化,不同的训练方法有着不同的优劣势,但在发展的过程中科学技术不断发展,训练方法不断改变,也使得运动成绩不断提高[1]。中长跑运动作为奥运会比赛项目,在训练方法、技术特点等方面都发生了很大的演变。本文通过文献资料、实地调查、对比分析等方法,对中长跑训练方法进行研究,旨在为教练员和运动员提供一定的参考素材。 Throughout the hundred-year development history of middle-distance race, the training methods are also changing constantly. Different training methods have different advantages and disadvantages, but in the process of the continuous develop-ment of science and technology, as well as the constant change of training methods, athletic performance has also been improved continuously [1]. As an Olympic Games event, middle distance running has experienced great revolutions in training methods and technical features. Through literature, field survey, compara-tive analysis and other methods, this paper studies the training methods of middle-distance race, aiming to provide some refer-ence for the coaches and athletes.
