摘要 南华大学自2011年招收海外留学生来,医学留学生教育取得了重大的进展,同时由于留学生文化背景、教育经历的差异,以及留学生语言障碍等,医学留学生教育还存在着很多问题亟待解决。本文针对这些问题从构建新的课程体系,创新实践教学模式,结合本国国情及借鉴国际医学教育因材施教,增加医学人文教育,并在医学留学生实习安排上进行探索和创新等方面入手,试图建立行之有效的留学生临床技能培养的新模式。 After the year of 2011 when abroad students were re-cruited in University of South China, the education of abroad medical students has made significant progress, but there are also a lot of problems to be solved because of the differences of cul-tural background, educational experience and language barriers. We are trying to build a new model of effective international stu-dents clinical skills training from the construction of the new cur-riculum, innovative practice teaching mode, exploration and in-novation combined with national conditions and learning from in-ternational medical education individualization, the increase of medical humanities education, and the arrangement of medical international students' practice.
