关于高职院校人才培养工作分类评估制度建设的探讨

Exploration on the Classified Evaluation System Construction for Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着时代的发展,对高职院校人才培养工作进行分类评估是我国高等职业教育发展的必然趋势。但从目前来看,评估重"标准"而轻"特色"。要实施分类评估,需要提供如下制度保障:构建多元评估主体机制,对学校进行合理分类,针对不同类型高校的特点和规律,设计科学的分类评估标准和指标体系。

With the development of the times, the classified eval- uation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is an in- evitable trend of higher vocational education development in China. But viewing from the current situation, the evaluation lays emphasis on ＂standardization＂ and ignores ＂characteristics＂. To implement classified evaluation, the following system guarantees should be provided： constructing a diversified evaluation subject system and properly classifying colleges, and designing a scien- tific classified evaluation standard and index system in accordance with the characteristics and rule of colleges of different types.
