浅析高职院校班级自组织在学生职业素质拓展中的积极作用

摘要 近年来,班级自组织得到快速发展,对学生的自我管理、自我发展起到了一定的作用。高职院校更加注重应用型人才的培养,学生对职业素质拓展的要求更为迫切,而班级自组织在学生职业素质拓展中能够弥补课堂教学等的不足,为学生的职业素质拓展提供了新平台。但由于高职院校班级自组织自身的局限性,需要学校加强引导,创造条件,使高职院校班级自组织在学生职业素质拓展中的积极作用得到充分发挥。 In recent years, class self-organizations have achieved rapid development, playing a role in students' self-management and self-development. Higher vocational colleges pay more at-tention to the cultivation of applied talents, so the need for stu-dents' professional quality expansion is more urgent, while class self-organizations can make up for the deficiency of classroom teaching in the expansion of students' professional quality and provide a new platform for the expansion of students' professional quality. But due to the limitation of class self-organizations in higher vocational colleges, colleges need to enhance guidance and create conditions, so as to give full play to the positive role of higher vocational college class self-organizations in the expan-sion of students' professional quality.
