The transformation of the potential students is good for promoting the healthy growth of students, improving the teachers＇ ability to work and business quality, building a harmonious and stable campus environment, improving the overall quality of the whole people. Based on the theory of multiple intelligence, the paper discusses the transformation strategy of higher vocational potential students from the perspective of the instructor＇s daily e-ducation, management and service.
