当前的高校和谐校园文化建设存在着人文精神教育和科学素养教育不足、校园文化活动的价值缺失等问题。通过实施"五个一"工程,有利于建设和谐的高校校园文化,有助于弘扬和培育民族精神,提炼大学精神,丰富大学校园文化的内涵,增强大学校园文化的辐射力和创造力,培养社会主义建设合格的人才,从而为构建和谐社会做出应有的贡献。

There are some problems existing in the current college harmonious campus culture construction, such as insufficient hu-manistic spirit education and scientific quality education, lack of the value of campus cultural activities. The implementation of＂The Best Works Project＂ is conducive to the construction of a harmonious college campus culture, the highlighting and cultiva-tion of national spirit, the abstraction of college spirit, the enrich-ment of college campus culture connotation, the strengthening of college campus culture influence and creativity, and the cultiva-tion of qualified talents for socialist construction, thus making a contribution to the construction of a harmonious society.
