艺术院校教务管理优化策略的研究分析

Research and Analysis on the Strategies to Optimize Teaching Affairs Management in Art Colleges

艺术院校教务管理工作需要顺应社会经济发展形势,改革优化教务管理工作,并在实践中不断发现问题、积累经验,探索工作优化路径,推进艺术院校教务管理工作不断进步提升。笔者本文中在概述教务管理相关工作内容的基础上,以某艺术院校为例,对当前艺术院校教务管理的现状进行了重点分析,笔者认为,当前某艺术院校教务管理的机构设置相对完善,教学管理经验较为丰富,在取得部分成绩的同时,但也存在不足之处,主要表现在组织结构、管理方法手段和教学监控三方面。解决以上不足需要不断优化艺术院校的教务管理工作,从优化组织结构设置、优化管理方式手段、优化教学监控工作三方面不断探索。

The teaching affairs management in art colleges should comply with the situation of social and economic development, and we should also reform and optimize teaching affairs manage-ment, continuously discover problems, accumulate experience, and explore ways to optimize relevant work, so as to promote the continuous progress and improvement of teaching affairs man-agement in art colleges. Based on summarizing the work related to teaching affairs management, with an art college as an exam-ple, the writer focuses on the current situation of teaching affairs management in art colleges, and holds that the departments for teaching affairs management in the college are relatively perfect and their experience of teaching affairs management is rich, but meanwhile, there are still deficiencies which are mainly reflected in organization structure, management method and teaching su-pervision. To solve the above problems, we should teaching af-fairs management in art colleges, and continuously explore from optimizing the setting of organization structures, optimizing man-agement methods and means, and optimizing teaching supervi-sion.
