This paper aims to explore the application of ＂mi-cro-lecture＂to college oral English teaching. As a new thing with unique advantages,＂micro-lecture＂becomes an increasingly im-portant supplementary teaching resource. Anchored instruction advocates situational teaching approach, which accords with the idea of college oral English teaching. The combination of ＂mi-cro-lecture＂and anchored instruction will definitely brings sig-nificant breakthrough to oral English teaching.
